What's Open on the Fourth of July in West Chester

Independence Day is a national holiday, and many locations will be closed. But there are a few that will remain open on Thursday, July 4 including:

• Target lat 180 Eagleview Blvd. in Exton will be open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• The West Chester Area YMCA will be open 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• The Exton Mall will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
