Rustin Wins Ches-Mont League Title

The Golden Knights defeated Coatesville, 80-73, on Tuesday night.

West Chester Rustin avenged last year's Chest-Mont league championship loss to Coatesville Tuesday night defeating the Red Raiders 80-73 to win their second title in three years.

Junior forward Anthony Nash torched the Red Raiders inside scoring 31 points and grabbing 18 rebounds.  The Golden Knights also had two other players in double figures with Cory Blake and Ethan Ridgeway both scoring 11.

Tymeier Miller led the way for Coatesville scoring 30 while Kris Miler scored 17 for the Red Raiders.

Both teams now move on to District 1 playoffs with Rustin squaring off at home against Penncrest and Coatesville hosting Souderton.

Both games are on Friday and start at 7:30 p.m.
