Tori Dugan scored six goals and registered three assists as ninth-ranked West Chester University defeated visiting Indiana (Pa.), 23-8, at Vonnie Gros Field on Saturday afternoon.
West Chester (12-2, 8-2 PSAC) rattled off nine unanswered goals before halftime and then scored the first three tallies of the second half to break open a 6-3 game and take command, 18-3. Erin Oczkowski scored five goals and registered six points while Jacki Patterson and Stacey Pellechia each posted hat tricks for the Golden Rams.
Juliane Williams and Theresa Giunta each caused three turnovers and picked up four ground balls while Dugan secured eight draw controls and grabbed five ground balls.
Jess Henderson (12-2) made 10 saves in goal for West Chester.
The Golden Rams host C.W. Post on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Vonnie Gros Field in the regular-season home finale of 2012.
