How Do Returning College Students Affect You?

Summer officially ends for West Chester University students on Monday, August 27, but for some residents that also means the return of a whol slew of problems.

Some residents complain about parking or trash, and some complain about the noise and even vandalism.

We want to know how the return of the students affects the average West Chester resident. 

Do business owners see an up tick in sales?  Do plants in gardens on South Walnut Street mysteriously begin to die?

Students make up a quarter of the population in the borough.  They have to affect almost everyone.  Tell us how in the comments below.
