Borough to Discuss Changes in Parking Costs

West Chester Borough Council to discuss changes in both cost and enforcement for downtown parking meters Tuesday night.

As part of the West Chester Borough Council’s work session Tuesday night council will hold a public hearing to discuss changing enforcement times for parking meters within the borough.

In order to cover last year’s budget deficit, council approved a measure that would allow parking meters to be enforced until 10 p.m. everyday except Sunday.

Currently, parking meters downtown are only enforced until 5 p.m.
