West Goshen Man Arrested for Child Sexual Assault

West Goshen resident Jonathan Day was arrested by police on Tuesday for multiple accounts of alleged sexual assault of a child.

According to CBS News, West Goshen Police arrested resident Jonathan Day on Tuesday for multiple counts of alleged sexual assault of a child.

CBS reports that Day allegedly assaulted a child Day's mother was caring for on numerous occasions at his home, the victim's home and in the mother's car.

The assaults allegedly occured six years ago, but the victim recently disclosed them to authorities, CBS says.

According to CBS news:

Day has been charged with three counts each of Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, Attempted Indecent assault of a child less than 13, Aggravated assault of a child less than 13 and Attempted aggravated assault of a child. He was arraigned before District Justice William Kraut and released on 10% of 25,000 bail.
