West Chester Police Blotter: Theft and DUIs
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
Theft: Police arrested James Tarlow Jr. after a resident living at 232 East Gay Street reported two rings missing from their bedroom on Aug. 7, at 7:02 p.m. Authorities allege that Tarlow stole a topaz ring from the premises as well as a diamond ring.
DUI: On Aug. 1, police arrested Manley Road resident Brent Eyet on suspicion of driving under the influence after officers allegedly observed Eyet drive over a sidewalk as he exited a parking lot at 2:59 a.m. that morning.
DUI: Police arrested Upper Darby resident Harshvinder Grewal on suspicion of DUI on Aug. 3 at 10:44 p.m. Officers allege that Grewal was pulled over for a routine traffic stop after he ran a red light. According to police, Grewal failed a field sobriety test.
