West Chester Police Blotter: Lewdness, Assault and Hit and Run

Assault: At 3:31 the morning of August 12, police responded to a report of assault on the 200 block of East Gay Street.  The victim was treated by EMS for minor injuries, and after an investigation police issued a summons for 24-year-old Chester Springs resident Robert Bradlee.

Hit and Run: At 12:10 a.m. on August 18, police arrived at the 7-Elven on the 200 block of South High Street for a reported hit and run.  After police arrived, the alleged perpatrator returned to the scene.  After an investigation including interviews with three witnesses and a field sobriety test, police arrested a 20-year-old West Chester woman for DUI and underage drinking.  Footage of the entire incident was also captured by the 7-Eleven security cameras.

Indecent Exposure and Public Lewdness: Police arrested Michael Harris at 3:19 the morning of August 21, for indecent exposure and open lewdness in the 50 block of Sharon Alley.
