Police: Car Accident Leads to DUI Arrest
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
DUI: On April 11, at approximately 10:18 p.m., responded to the 300 block of North Matlack Street after a report of an auto accident with entrapment. At the location of the accident, police discovered West Chester resident Kelly Tuey and arrested him on suspicion of DUI. Tuey was taken to Paoli Hospital for minor injuries.
Domestic Assault: Police reported to the 700 block of South Adams Street on April 11. After an investigation, police arrested a man for assaulting his girlfriend.
Assault: On April 11, police arrested 30-year-old West Chester resident Shandi Beardsley after an alleged incident in her home.
