Police Blotter: Man Grabs Buttocks in Burger King

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Indecent Assault: reported to the Burger King located at 401 South High Street on March 17, at approximately 8:11 p.m. for a report of an assault.  Upon arrival police made contact with a 54-year-old Chadds Ford man named Robert Wilson.  Police took Wilson into custody after he allegedly grabbed the buttocks of a young female inside the Burger King.

Prowling: On March 18, police officers were clearing a loud party complaint when they observed John Chappell, 20, Landenberg, allegedly standing on top of a second floor fire escape.  When confronted by officers Chappell admitted that he did not live at the address and then refused orders to come down the stairs.  According to police, officers attempted to contact Chappell and remove him from the fire escape, but he attempted to flee on foot.  Officers eventually captured Chappell in the 300 block of Price Street.
