Police Arrest 25 for Underage Drinking

The West Chester Police Department arrested 26 young people for noise disturbances in the borough last week, according to a release from the department.
According to reports from the police, over 50 arrests for noise disturbances and under age drinking combined were made between Sept 2 and Sept 8 as part of the department’s “Operation Vigilance,” which targets college-aged residents and focuses on quality of life crimes.
