Crime Blotter: Sexual Harrassment and Stalking

See what's been happening around West Chester for the past week.

The following information was provided by the West Goshen and West Chester police departments. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Stalking, harrassment

Edward Cloud was charged with stalking and harassment on Dec. 5. A resident of the 800 block of Goshen Rd. reported ongoing harassment via text messages and calls. After Cloud was told to stop by police and the victim in August, he continued to call and text. A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 15.

Harrassment

On Dec. 5, a resident of the 1100 block of Queen Ln. reported allegedly getting several unwanted text messages from her ex boyfriend, Graeme Hansell.
