It's going to be a hot one, but here's some stuff to do this weekend.

Why Go: Commonwealth Classic Theatre Company  presents Shakespeare's "The Tragedy of King Richard III". Bring a picnic, blanket or chairs for this free production in the park.

Why Go: The East Goshen Farmers' Market boasts locally-grown produce, meats and baked goods along with artisan soaps, flowers and candies. Pick up some goodies for dinner at home, or bring your appetite and dine on "ready to eat" meals in the Pavillion. There are activities for the kids and live music to round out the evening.

Why Go: Marshallton United Methodist Church hosts a barbecued chicken dinner. The menu includes chicken, coleslaw, corn on the cob, baked beans, rolls and dessert. Take-out is available from 3:30-5:30 p.m. and eat-in hours are 4:30-6 p.m. Contact the church office for tickets.
