Downingtown Resident Mary Ann Rossi Appointed to Board of Chester County Fund for Women and Girls

MacElree Harvey, Ltd. is pleased to announce that partner Mary Ann Rossi has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls. The Fund is a grant making and education foundation dedicated to improving the lives of women, girls, and their families.

Ms. Rossi’s practice includes zoning and land use, real estate and commercial litigation. She has appeared in Federal Court and in the Courts of Common Pleas of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Her experience in administrative matters includes the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Hearing Board. In her land use practice, Ms. Rossi has represented builder-developer and landowner clients in Chester, Montgomery, Berks and other suburban counties to secure approvals for a wide variety of development projects. She has also advised developers and prepared documentation for utility construction agreements, condominium and uniform planned communities, and has advised buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Ms. Rossi is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and Past President of Legal Aid of Chester County.  A graduate of Marywood College (1973), Ms. Rossi received her law degree from Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1979).
