Turks Head Music Fesitval is Sunday

Musicians, vendors and artists will pack into Everhart Park Sunday at the 29th Annual Turks Head Music Festival gets underway.

The one-day event, sponsored by the West Chester Department of Parks and Recreation, brings together musicians and artists for all genres and styles in a celebration of music, life and art.

The festival focuses on local bands, and between 70 and 90 local artists will set up booths in the park to sell and exhibit their wares.

Everhart Park is located on West Miner Street between South Brandywine and Bradford Avenue.  The festival will run from 12-8 p.m.
