West Chester University hosts the Opening Reception for the Philadelphia/Tri State Artist Equity 63rd Anniversary Exhibition . The exhibit runs March 19-April 20, 2012. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 9-4 p.m., Saturday Noon-4 p.m.
