The West Chester Borough Council will hold its monthly work session meeting on Tuesday, August 14 at 7 p.m.

The West Chester Borough Council will hold its monthly work session on Tuesday, and as part of the agenda they will discuss creating a fine for cigarette butt littering.

The issue came before the Planning, Zoning, Business and Industrial Development Committee last week, and it received no recommendation.  However, the full council will discuss it on Tuesday.

The full council will also discuss starting police service discussions with Thornbury Township.
