Troy Czukoski, the principal of Phoenixville Middle School for seven years, has been charged by the United States Attorney.
Federal child pornography charges have been filed against former Phoenixville Middle School Principal Dr. Troy Czukoski, multiple outlets, including Media Patch, are reporting. Czukoski, 42, of Exton, was charged with one count of possession of child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney’s Office Public Affairs Specialist Patty Hartman. According to Media Patch: Czukoski possessed more than 150 but less than 300 images of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct, according to United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. Czukoski, who left Phoenixville Area School District in July 2012 to take a position as Principal at Springton Lake Middle School in Media, was placed on leave in October when Rose Tree Media School District officials…

The following is a press release from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Brian Matthew Williams, age 28, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty today to receipt of child pornography. The guilty plea was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Special Agent in Charge Stephen E. Vogt of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; Colonel Marcus L. Brown, Superintendent of the Maryland State Police; Cecil County State’s Attorney Ellis Rollins; and United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Zane D. Brian Matthew Williams of West Chester has been indicted on two counts of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
According to a report by the Associated Press a West Chester man named Brian Williams has been indicted on two counts of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child porn. The Associated Press reports that Williams allegedly recorded young boys in a public restroom in Maryland.
