As a Realtor, the most common question you hear is “How’s the market?” It can come with an undertone of negativity, a chuckle of sarcasm, or a twinge of curious optimism. It’s the latter group that is fueling our relatively healthy local real estate market. The curious optimists are finding their confidence has finally risen and they’re ready to put pen to paper before interest rates go up.
