Curious Optimism Surrounds West Chester Housing Market

Why you shouldn’t believe the hype: West Chester real estate is moving at a healthy clip.

As a Realtor, the most common question you hear is “How’s the market?” It can come with an undertone of negativity, a chuckle of sarcasm, or a twinge of curious optimism. It’s the latter group that is fueling our relatively healthy local real estate market. The curious optimists are finding their confidence has finally risen and they’re ready to put pen to paper before interest rates go up. During an incredibly enriching tenure with Toll Brothers, I was imparted on a valuable lesson about supply and market demand.
