Man Exposed Himself at Kmart, Police Say

According to West Goshen Police, a 42-year-old man exposed himself more than 10 times.

A 42-year-old Thorndale man was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct after police say he showed his genitals to customers at Kmart earlier this month. According to West Goshen Police, on Feb. 11 at 2:43 p.m., officers were dispatched to 985 Paoli Pike for a report of a white male exposing himself inside Kmart. Once inside, police identified the defendant. In the subsequent arrest affidavit, police wrote that the man’s pant zipper was down and his penis was exposed. Police apprehended the man, then watched footage from the store, which they said showed that he walked around for approximately 10 minutes, during which time he exposed himself more than 10 times. He faces preliminary hearing on March 19.
