For those looking for activity, there are soccer, softball and baseball fields. There are also six tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and two full-sized basketball courts. The almost one mile paved trail is great for walking, jogging or walking the dog. The playground area is large and well equipped. Two picnic pavilions provide the perfect backdrop for a family picnic or get-together. The restroom facilities are clean and modern.

For those looking to work up a sweat, four tennis courts and two half-court basketball hoops are available. There is also a backstop and diamond for some baseball or softball. A large picnic pavilion provides plenty of shade and space for family outings or friendly get-togethers. And if it's shade you're after, feel free to camp out under the branches of the many lush green trees filling the park. Benches surround the play areas where children can slide, swing, climb or take a turn on the monkey bars. Licensed and leashed dogs are welcome.

Brandywine Picnic Park is a privately owned park situated along Brandwine Creek. It is not only in a beautiful location,More but features a wealth of activities. The park arranges packages complete with food and fun for corporate picinics, family reunions and school trips. Small groups and families are welcome too.  he activities include rides, carnival games, a climbing wall, a giant slide, a moon bounce and trolley rides around the park. In addition, visitors can ride tubes, paddble boats or canoes on the Brandywine. There is also volleyball, softball, basketball, horseshoes and mini golf.  The all-you-can-eat buffet is included in the entrance price and features foods such as BBQ chicken and pork, whole roasted pig, hot dogs and hamburgers and a wide variety of side dishes.
