I have lived in Goshen Valley for the past 5 years and think it is a wonderful community to resideRead More in. I as well as many of my neighbors and friends have never had any issues. I would suggest if you have nothing nice to say you should move!

WOW – I’m so sorry Daisy Brooken. I hadn’t realized I live in communist utopia. IfRead More you are fortunate to have good neighbors more power to you. Some of us are not so fortunate. Let me ask you have you had to clean your floor and countertop because your sink has overflowed? This was not of my doing but because my upstairs neighbor was putting potato skins, onions peels and anything else down his garbage disposal and clogged up the drain. So every time he used water in his sink it overflowed into my kitchen. Not once, not twice but four times. And I am not even going to bring up the fact that we could not use our kitchen sink and had to wash everything in our bathroom sink. Now you’re probably thinking why didn’t I call the association. The association was well aware of the problem. They sent THREE notices of the problem and asked my neighbors to please refrain from using the garbage disposals and kitchen sinks until the problem is corrected. These notices were largely ignored as I previously stated as my kitchen overflowed 4 times. But then again the association seems to pick and choose who they choose to address as far as the association rules being broken (trash on balcony, more than two vehicles taking up parking spaces). They are too busy ignoring requests for handicap parking. One thing I will amend is blaming dogs for their leftovers, shall we say, and their incessant barking. It’s not the dogs I should blame but their owners. But then again we have come back to wonderful neighbors haven’t we? Maybe once in a while Daisy Brooken should take off her rose colored glasses and realize not everybody is fortunate to have good neighbors. Thank you so much for your compassion.
