We have had such a horrific time with the daily local news in the last 3 years without resolution that I have no other alternative but to go public with my complaint. My complaints were voiced to the Daily News and have been properly documented, and we pre-pay in advance which makes me they don't deliver on their promise. The things that I find the most humor in is that they constantly call us, (a present customer), trying to get us to subscrible, and then the carrier putting a flyer in our mailbox every Christmas Season telling his heartfelt story that he has to work 2 jobs and have lots of children and asks for a monetary gift would be most appreciated.

Don't most of us have heartfelt issues, some worse. Isn't is against the law to open someone else's mailbox and put unpostage letters to someone in there?

Finally, we have complained so many times, over 25 at least, don't you think that with todays economy people value their jobs and don't you think there should accountability?

I vow to put this interesting story out so that it will benefit their competitor.

I am summarizing that the Daily Local News doesn't deliver when you pre-pay for a year, nor doesn't deliver most importantly on their promise
