West Chester Gears up for Saturday Bike Races and Fun

Professional cycling returns to West Chester for the ninth year in a row, along with tons of family-friendly things to do.

West Chester will be transformed into a bike race and fair venue Saturday as the ninth annual Iron Hill Twilight Criterium Race Series rolls back into downtown.

The event features professional bike races throughout the day as well as family-friendly activities and vendors all over Downtown West Chester.

As of 9 a.m. Friday there was still time to sign up for the kids' bike races at Rustin High School.

The day is presented by the Greater West Chester Chaber of Commerce.  According to a note on the Chamber's website Friday morning:

"Have you signed up for the Morning Races at Rustin High School? The Tolsdorf Oil Lube Express Miler?! There is still time! Don't forget- festivities start at 4:30pm! Market Street Block Party, Kinetic Physical Therapy Community Festival, West Chester Dental Arts Kids Race, AAA Kids Zone and so much more."
