Three Golden Rams Qualify For PSACs at Metrics In Millersville

The Golden Rams shine in track and field action.

Nick Drozd, Curran Kneebone and Jake Perry qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Championships to highlight West Chester’s efforts at the Metrics & Combined Events Challenge inside Biemesderfer Stadium Saturday afternoon.
 
Drozd qualified in the 400m hurdles while Kneebone qualified in the 10,000m and Perry qualified in the 800m. Drozd placed eighth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 57.32 seconds. Kneebone placed third in the 10,000m with a time of 32 minutes, 44.36 seconds. Perry clocked a time of 1:58.11 and finished seventh in the 800m. Drozd also finished fourth in the 400m dash with a time of :50.68.
 
Sean Sebeck placed eighth in the 10,000m with a time of 33:05.63. Eric Hunter was second in the pole vault, clearing 15 feet, 1 inch. LeQuan Chapman was runner-up in the long jump with a leap of 22-2 ¼.
