Our  body  has  incredible regenerative  powers  and  yoga is  valuable  for  stress  managment  and  general well-being.

This  program is adapted  specifically  for  people  over  55 years of  age  and  older,  anyone  with limited  mobility or special needs.

Your  body  will become  more  flexible,  stronger,  balanced  and  healthy. You  will be  able  to  sleep  better, have more  energy  and  develop  a  more  positive  approach  to  life.

Bring  a yoga or  exercise mat, small pillow,  and  wear  comfortable  clothes.
