What to Bring: Prepare yourself by wearing supportive comfortable shoes (that will not fall off in the river) and clothing (swim or that can get wet) that can be used to walk the terrain of both riverbed and land. We also suggest you bring a change of shoes and clothing for after the river walk. Bring water and a snack if you will need one during the hike. A floatable waterproof case or bag that protects keys, phones, or cameras is recommended. We strongly suggest you leave valuables behind. Your guide will have a cell phone for emergencies. Finally, bring openness and leave behind expectation.

YOU WILL GET WET. We will be hiking on land and in the river. There are parts of the river that are deeper than others and where the water level will allow us to actually float in the Brandywine.
