Former Student Sues West Chester School District

A former football player is claiming he didn't receive proper treatment for concussions while at West Chester East.

A former West Chester East High School student and football player has filed a civil case against the school district, claiming he did not receive any care from district staff after suffering two concussions in a 2010 football game, according to a report from NBC10.

The site is reporting that William Croce, a former student now living in Florida, is seeking over $100,000 in damages against the district.
