The Nitty-Gritty of Gluten-Free Food Manufacturing and Production

Paoli Hospital will welcome Anne Roland Lee, MSEd, RD, LD, Director of Nutritional Services for Schar USA to discuss what goes into (and stays out of) gluten-free foods during manufacturing and production.

Keith J. Laskin, MD, gastroenterologist and Medical Director of the Celiac Center at Paoli Hospital, Main Line Health, will provide the introduction to the program.
