Commemoration of Frederick Douglas at Chester County Historical Society

Chester County Historical Society commemorates Frederick Douglas' July 5, 1852 speech "The Meaning of July Fourth for the Negro" with the 2nd Annual Communal Reading. Dr. C. James Trotman signs his new book "Frederick Douglass: A Biography", and historian Michael Payton leads a discussion. Refreshments will be served; RSVPs are encouraged.
