Chester County SPCA "Expressions of Hope" Art Exhibit

Fern Hill student teacher and Chester County SPCA staffer Kaitlyn Dempsey partners with Fern Hill's 5th graders to present "Expressions of Hope", an exhibit showcasing shelter animals. Students selected photographs of the SPCA's animals and created their own portrait using Expressionism. Donations are welcome.
