District Administrators Get Raise, Bonus

The West Chester School Board voted to give the district's administrative staff a 1.7 percent raise and a one-time 1.5 percent bonus.

The West Chester School Board voted on Monday to approve a 1.7 percent salary increase for the district’s administrators.

The board chose 1.7 percent because it matched the Act 1 index for the 2013-14 school year.

On top of that, the board also approved a one-time 1.5 percent bonus for the administration for achieving district goals in the 2012-13 school year.
