West Chester Mayor Carolyn Comitta honors both first responders lost on 9/11 and West Chester's first responders.
In a ceremony before the Public Safety Committee meeting on Tuesday night, West Chester Mayor Carolyn Comitta honored first responders in West Chester as well as those who responded to the attacks on September 11.
Mayor Comitta gathered the commanders of each West Chester emergency response organization and presented them with a certificate for their service.
