Borough Continues to Pursue Storm Water Fee

The West Chester Borough Council will receive a proposal on how to implement the fee next month.

West Chester Borough Council will continue to pursue a storm water fee as it continues to search for new revenue sources.

“We’ve met with a consultant,” said borough director of public works Bob Wilpizeski.  “We’re ready for a proposal on how to implement this fee, and that proposal should be ready by next month.”

Wilpizeski estimated that the fee would take nine to 12 months to be implemented.
