West Chester Student was Posing for Picture When She Fell Off Roof

Ali Fausnaught, 19, was visiting her boyfriend at Temple University when tragedy struck.

Ali Fausnaught was posing for a picture when she tripped and fell to her death off the roof of a three-story building in the area of Temple University on Wednesday, Philly.com is reporting.

According to the paper, the 19-year-old West Chester University student was visiting her boyfriend in the city that night when they went to a party at a friend's apartment. A group that included Fausnaught then climbed onto the building's roof through a skylight. 

Once on the roof, Fausnaught asked her boyfriend of 11 months to take a picture of her but, according to the paper, tripped and fell off the edge as she backed up. The roof did not have any guardrails.

The teen had, according to her boyfriend, consumed "one or two" cups of vodka that evening.
