West Chester Police Report 8 Underage Drinking Arrests
The arrests were made between April 8 and April 14.
The West Chester Police Department says it made 41 arrests of individuals aged 18 to 25 from April 8 through April 14, according to Chief Scott Bohn. The arrests are reported as part of the borough's ongoing "Operation Vigilance" program.
Police said the arrests break down by the following offenses (some individuals were charged with more than one offense):
- Underage Drinking: 8
- Public Drunkenness: 5
- Disorderly Conduct: 1
- Criminal Mischief: 1
- Public Indecency: 8
- DUI: 1
- Noise: 9
- Open Container: 2
- Harassment: 2
- Trespassing: 4
- False ID: 1
- Assault: 1
- Littering: 3
