West Chester Police Blotter: Victim Assaulted by Homeless Man
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
DUI: arrested Alyssa Fuentes on October 9, at 2:32 a.m. for suspicion of DUI after an officer observed her allegedly hit a high curb in the 50 block of West Market Street disabling her vehicle in traffic. According to police, Fuentes allegedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
Assault: Police responded to an assault in the 50 block of North High Street on October 9. Police charged 28-year-old Pottstown resident Alec Stillman with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.
Assault: Police responded to at 10:28 the night of October 5 for a report of an assault. When they arrived police found a victim that exhibited multiple face injuries. The victim reported allegedly being assaulted in the 300 block of Hannum Avenue. After an investigation police arrested a 20-year-old homeless man Anthony Sylvester for the alleged assault.
