West Chester Police Blotter: Man Assaulted with Brick

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Assault: According to , borough resident Bryan Love allegedly punched one man in the face and assaulted another man with a brick at 4:18 a.m. on September 25 in the 100 block of West Market Street.  After the incident a warrant was issued for Love’s arrest.  Police located Love on September 28 and took him into custody.  Love is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Stats: Between September 28 and October 10 the made 26 arrests.  They made 11 arrests for public drunkenness, six arrests for underage drinking, four arrests for disorderly conduct, three open container arrests, three noise arrests, two arrests for public indecency, 2 for false I.D., one assault, one burglary, and one DUI.
