West Chester Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Stealing State Inspection Stickers

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Theft: arrested 46-year-old West Chester resident Frank Cugini III for alleged theft on October 28.  According to police, Cugini allegedly walked behind the service counter at located at 640 East Gay Street and removed three state emission stickers and two state inspection stickers.  Cugini then allegedly left the scene in a red pickup truck.  An employee of the tire center provided a description of the actor and the vehicle, and the alleged perpetrator was arrested.

Drugs: Police arrested 19-year-old Upper Darby resident Elijah McCoy in the 700 block of Sharon Alley.  Police allegedly made a pedestrian stop at 12:22 a.m. on October 31, and found McCoy to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Assault: On October 28, police investigated an incident where a male pulled a handgun on another make in the 400 block of South Walnut Street.  After an investigation, police arrested 33-year-old West Chester resident Blaine Hinchberger for alleged assault, terroristic threats and related offenses.
