West Chester Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Stealing Bike Rack
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
Theft: arrested 31-year-old West Chester resident John Guthrie for allegedly stealing a cell phone at Mas Catina on November 10.
Assault: Police took 22-year-old West Chester resident Mark Fitzgerald Jr. into custody on November 8 for an outstanding warrant for an alleged charge of simple assault. Fitzgerald’s bail was set at $10,000.
Theft: Police arrested 20-year-old West Chester resident Joshua Gentry on November 4, after police found him in the 50 block of West Lafayette Street in possession of a stolen bicycle rack. Police charged him with theft and receiving stolen property.
