West Chester Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Justice Center Parking Lot
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
DUI: arrested 53-year-old West Chester Resident Angelo Washington for an alleged DUI after investigating a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Price Street and Bradford Avenue on November 4. After a brief investigation police determined that Washington was allegedly drunk, and he was taken into custody.
Hit and Run: On November 5, police responded to the 900 block of East Market Street after a report of a car crash in the borough where a vehicle fled the scene. After an investigation police arrested 20-year-old Downingtown resident Bairon Dominguez for alleged accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.
Indecent Exposure: On November 3, police responded to the Justice Center parking lot after receiving a report of an alleged indecent exposure. When police arrived on the scene they allegedly discovered 37-year-old West Chester resident Kenneth Hiss allegedly sitting in his car looking at a pornographic magazine and inappropriately touching himself. Hiss was taken into custody and charged with alleged indecent exposure.
