West Chester Police Blotter: DUIs and Public Drunkenness

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

DUI: Police responded to a report of a property damage crime on the 50 Block of East Miner Street on Sunday, August 28.  After a brief investigation, officers arrested 25-year-old James Miller of the 600 block of Sugarsbridge road for suspicion of DUI after he allegedly hit a parked car.

DUI: Police arrested 38-year-old Adrian Archundia of the 600 block of West Marshall Street on Tuesday, August 30, after officers observed Archundia driving erratically.  Police arrested Archundia on the 500 block of West Marshall Street after Archundia allegedly failed a field sobriety test.  Police then took Archundia to the Chester County Hospital to test his blood alcohol level.

Drug Possession: Police arrested Bryce Carroll of Freehold, N.J., on the 50 block of South Walnut Street on Saturday, August 27.  Police stopped Carroll because he was "displaying mannerisms" of being under the influence.  After a brief investigation, police discovered that Carroll was allegedly involved in a prior incident.  Police took Carroll into custody where they searched him and found two small bags of marijuana.

Public Drunkenness: On the morning of August 26, police observed two males fighting on the 100 block of North Church Street.  Police arrested John Izzi, 19, for possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.  Dylan Shepard, 21, was cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
