Possession: arrested 20-year-old West Chester resident Michael Headly on Dec. 20, at 12:08 a.m., for alleged possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia after a traffic stop.
Possession: Police arrested 41-year-old West Chester resident Ronald D. Thomas on Dec. 15 because of a bench warrant. After being searched, police allegedly discovered Thomas to be in possession of a crack pipe and numerous empty baggies. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possesion: On Dec. 8 at 12:17 a.m. police arrested West Goshen resident Richard Meighen and a juvenile near the area of the Union Court apartment complex. Police allegedly found both subjects to be in possession of marijuana. They were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
