West Chester Police Blotter: 38 Arrests made from Nov. 21-27

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Stats: For the period between Monday, Nov. 21, and Sunday Nov. 27 the West Chester police made 38 arrests.  Those arrests breakdown by the following offenses:

Public Drunkenness: 12

Drugs: 4

Disorderly Conduct: 5

Harassment: 2

Open Container: 1

DUI: 2

Public Indecency: 9

Assault: 2

Robbery: 2

Assault: On Nov. 28, police arrested 26-year-old Malvern resident David Defelice at 4:54 p.m. for an alleged simple assault after an incident in the 500 block of East Gay Street.

DUI: Police arrested 21-year-old Downingtown resident Jeweliana Burch on Nov. 23, at 2:21 a.m. for alleged DUI after a traffic stop.  Police allegedly observed Burch traveling the wrong way along the 50 block of South Church Street and the 100 block of West Market Street.

Drug Possession: Police arrested 19-year-olds Kyle Bradley and John Richards, both of Chadds Ford, on Nov. 26, at 8:28 p.m. for alleged drug possession.  Police performed a routine check of Shaw’s Bridge Park where they discovered a vehicle occupied by Bradley and Richards.  They both were arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and alcohol under the age of 21.
