West Chester Police Blotter: 21 Arrests Made from Dec. 5-11

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Arrests: The made 21 arrests between Monday, Dec. 5, and Sunday, Dec. 11.  Those arrests break down by the following offenses.

Public Drunkenness: 9

Drugs: 1

Assault: 3

Assault: Police are investigating an attempted robbery assault that occurred Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Chestnut Street Parking Garage.  A 51-year-old male from Landenberg was assaulted while two subjects were attempting to rob him in the Walnut Street stairwell of the garage.  The victim was walking from his vehicle to meet a friend when two white males approached him.  The subjects punched him while attempting to rob him.  People entered the stairwell, which scared the subjects off.  The victim was in stable condition in the ICU unit of Paoli Hospital after suffering multiple seizures as a result of his head injuries.  Anyone with information regarding the incident or other suspicious activity at the garage that day is asked to contact West Chester Police Detective Stan Billie at 610-436-1337.
