All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Drug Possession: On the night of September 9, police stopped three males on the 400 block of Clinton Alley after allegedly smelling burnt marijuana.  After a brief investigation, police arrest 18-year-old Tyler Chelston of Douglasville for alleged drug possession.

Public Drunkenness: Police arrested 34-year-old West Chester resident Antonio Villalva-Garcia on the night of September 10 for alleged public drunkenness after officers allegedly found Villalva-Garcia passed out on the 50 block of North High Street.

Assault: Police arrested 21-year-old West Chester resident Ermand DiGiorgio outside of Barnaby’s on the night of September 11.  Barnaby’s employees escorted DiGiorgio out of the bar where he allegedly turned around and broke Barnaby’s front door window and also allegedly struck a Barnaby’s employee in the face.  Police arrived on the scene and tried to arrest DiGiorgio.  DiGiorgio allegedly refused to obey commands from officers and resisted arrest.  According to police, it took several officers to restrain DiGiorgio, and police charged him with alleged criminal mischief, resisting arrest and simple assault.

Burglary: At 1:44 a.m. on the morning of September 11, police responded to a call on the 100 block of East Nields Street.  According to police, a man and a woman were walking home when an unknown subject began harassing the female and making vulgar comments.  Allegedly, the male told him to stop and yelled when the stranger forced his way inside the residence and attempted to assault the male.  Police located the alleged perpetrator at the intersection of Nields Street and High Street and he was arrested by police and identified by the victims.  Police arrested Tommy Rodriguez-Oviedo for alleged burglary, simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness: Police arrested 23-year-old West Chester resident Eric Reason on the 50 block of West Market Street for alleged public drunkenness after police allegedly discovered Reason walking in traffic and yelling on the night of September 9.  After taking him into custody, police allegedly discovered that reason was in possession of Marijuana and PCP.

DUI: Police arrested Kevin Doyle on the 300 block of Price Street on September 9 after Doyle allegedly struck two parked cars.  According to police, Doyle, 24, of West Chester, failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
