West Chester Man Threatens to Kill in Fight

The following information comes from the West Chester Police Department.

A fight between three West Chester residents ended with bleeding and death threats, according to a release from the West Chester Police Department.

According to reports, police responded to reports of a fight on the 300 block of West Chestnut Street on Dec 24. Officers on the scene found a 28-year-old West Chester man and his juvenile brother fighting a third person. According to reports, the 28-year-old threatened to kill the victim, who was found bleeding from the head at the time of the incident.

Police arrested the 28-year-old on charges of simple assault, conspiracy and terroristic threats. His juvenile brother was arrested for simple assault.
