Underage Drinker Drives Wrong Way on One-Way

DUI: On Jan. 12, at approximately 1:45 a.m., West Chester police officers observed a vehicle travelling the wrong way on a one-way road.  As a result of an investigation, an 18-year-old West Chester resident was arrested for an alleged DUI and underage drinking.
