Drug Possession: On Dec. 2, West Chester police responded to Everhart Park for a drug activity complaint. Upon arrival, police found three West Chester residents, John Bradley, 22, Justin Cook, 21 and Ryan Carrone, 21, were located in the gazebo and allegedly in possession of heroin.
