Sleeping Man Busted on Narcotics Charge

The following information is provided by the West Chester Police Department.

West Chester police arrested a 21-year-old West Chester man on DUI and narcotic charges after he was found asleep in his car, according to a report from the West Chester Police Department.

Police say that officers found the West Chester man “passed out” behind the wheel of his car at New and Price Streets around 7:30 p.m. Police reportedly saw “evidence of illegal narcotic use” in the car and found prescription pills in the man’s possession.

He was charged with DUI for narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.
